Outaouais Live! is a 12-part, English-language, arts magazine format series to be filmed at various locations throughout the Outaouais. Riley Dalys-Fine is currently the Director of Community Engagement and Strategic Alliances at the Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN), where he has worked for just over two years. The QCGN is a centre of evidence-based expertise and collective action, which identifies, explores and addresses strategic issues affecting the development and vitality of the English-speaking community of Quebec. In his role as Director, Riley oversees the work of the organization to enhance the vitality and resiliency of the English-speaking communities in Quebec by developing and strengthening networks through dialogue, capacity building, partnering and joint action. During his time at the QCGN, Riley has helped to establish the Community Vitality Roundtables, which regroup organizations serving the community to create strategies for collective action, and has mobilized the community sector to address challenges to its development. Prior to his involvement with the QCGN, Riley worked for a number of non-profit organizations in the greater Montreal area, as well as serving on a number of boards. His background is in Social Work and Sociology. Riley currently resides in the Laurentian region with his family.
